- 4 tbsp plant-based yogurt
- 1 handful raspberries (frozen or fresh)
- 1 tbsp goji berries
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 1/2 banana
- 1 tsp almond butter
- 1 tsp chia seeds
